Occasionaly merchants may not provide accurate information, or withold certain information.
Sometimes we get a phone number, or an email wrong. Other times there can miscommunication between the Agent, and the Merchant.
If this is the case, we will gladly review the information and get back with you within 24 - 48 Hours with a decision if this was a doing on our part. If so, a replacement will be granted.
Cases must be opened within 7 days of lead being sent.
